Shipping for Stained Glass Art, Glass Sheets, & Tools & Supplies

We use USPS Mail for all orders via either Ground Advantage (formerly known as First Class) or Priority depending on weight and at our discretion or per your choice at checkout. Tracking will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.

We chose box sizes & packaging with both the safety & security of glass and your wallet in mind when we did our shipping calculator for the site, so you’ll always have the option for the best priced shipping available.

Ground Advantage: Generally estimated at 2-5 days (not including Sundays) + our processing time

Priority Mail: Generally estimated at up to 1-3 days + our processing time

****NOTE ON CHEMICALS: Because of USPS regulations, we can only ship chemicals via Ground Advantage****

Because shipping is cheaper per pound the higher ya go in weight…the more glass you buy, the better the shipped price for you! Yay!

Maximum number of sheets per box: Small Boxes hold up to 10 sheets of 9×10. Large boxes hold up to 10 sheets of 12×12 (you can mix some 9×10’s in there with the 12×12’s for a total of 10 sheets if ya wanna too!)

For orders of 6 or more glass sheets in a single box: No Boxing Charges!!!😁

So, your total cost per square inch of glass is less when you order more sheets.

For orders of 5 or less glass sheets: $10 boxing charge per order.

Depending upon how light a tool or supply is, or how much room is available in the box, we maaaay be able to add it in with a stained glass sheet order. If we can’t we may have to send it separately because our priority is for your glass to arrive intact. We’re not tryna send ya ready made mosaics when you order sheets.

Processing Times

We generally process all tools & supplies orders within 1-3 business days (we do our best for faster than that, but holiday times can get a lil nutsy). Shipping time in transit will vary depending upon shipping method chosen. If you’re in a super duper hurry, please Contact Us & we’ll do our very best to help ya out!

Typically we process all orders within 3-5 business days. We are a small business of two, and all of our items are handmade, but if you need something faster, please shoot us an email on our Contact Us page and we’ll do our very best to accommodate you!

Digital patterns are available immediately upon purchase. You will see a link on the page after your purchase, and will also be emailed a link to the printable PDF.

For Stained Glass Classes & Community

Classes and the membership community are immediately accessible after purchase. Classes are hosted within the community.

Returns & Refunds

**Please note: Glass sheets, patterns, books, & custom orders are not returnable. **

For all other physical products:

We accept returns of our original finished art pieces & tools/supplies in new (original, unmarked, unharmed, unused, fully intact) condition, and in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. After that time, returns are not accepted.

  • You must Contact Us before returning your items for an RMA (return authorization) from us
  • Items must be in new condition. No damage to original packaging/no signs of use
  • We’re super duper cautious & triple check every order before it goes out, so unless there was an error on our end or items were damaged during shipping, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • All returns must include tracking
  • All items must be packaged for return in a manner comparable to which they were sent to you (packaging glass is an art form in itself…if you need help packaging properly, please let us know. We’ll help ya!)

We do package our glass riiiiiiiidiculously carefully, but…carriers be carriers so every once in awhile they’ll damage an order.

In the event that you receive your original order broken, pleeeeeeease immediately:

  • Stop unpackaging it
  • Take pics of all 4 sides and top & bottom of the box (including a close-up of the label)
  • Then go through the box (carefully so ya don’t cut yourself) & take pictures as you go
  • Hang on to the box, the items, & all packaging materials (weirdly, shippers often want it for claims) until we give you the go ahead to chuck it
  • Let us know right away!

We’ll get everything settled for you ASAP. If we have the item in stock, we’ll send ya a new one out. If we don’t, we’ll work with you to find something comparable that we do have in stock, or refund.

We will refund any class within 30 days of purchase that has been watched half way through or less. If you have any difficulties with your course, or feel like it’s not for you, let us know! We’re here to help,

For the Peace, Love, & Stained Glass Community

You may cancel your subscription to the Peace, Love, & Stained Glass Community at any time. Your card will not be charged again after your cancellation. No refunds will be given for the duration of the last purchased subscription month. Example: Your card is charged May 1 for the time period of May 1 – May 31. You cancel on May 15. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period (May 31), but your card will not be charged for the following billing period (June 1).


We use recycled and recyclable packaging for almost all of our products. All of our products are super duper carefully packaged to ensure they arrive to you safely.

Stained Glass Sheets and Tools & Supplies sometimes require the addition of some less ecofriendly options (USPS requires us to use plastic zip top bags for liquids & chemicals). Womp. Womp. We’re not in love with that part either. We still use as much recycled/recyclable stuff as possible though for those orders.

As more earth friendly packaging options become available…we’ll be on it ninja fast!
