We use USPS Mail for all orders via either Ground Advantage (formerly known as First Class) or Priority depending on weight and at our discretion. Tracking will be sent to you as soon as your order ships.

Processing Times

For Stained Glass Art

Typically we process all orders within 3-5 business days. We are a small business of two, and all of our items are handmade, but if you need something faster, please shoot us an email on our Contact Us page and we’ll do our very best to accommodate you!

For Digital Patterns

Digital patterns are available immediately upon purchase. You will see a link on the page after your purchase, and will also be emailed a link to the printable PDF.

For Stained Glass Classes & Community

Classes and the membership community are immediately accessible after purchase. Classes are hosted within the community.


We use recycled and recyclable packaging for all of our products. All of our glass art is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives to you safely.

Returns & Refunds

For Stained Glass Art

If for any reason you need to return a piece of glass art, please Contact Us first. We accept returns of original pieces in original, unmarked, unharmed, fully intact condition, and in original or equivalent packaging. Please note that packaging glass for safe shipment is an art form unto itself. If you need help packaging properly, please let us know. We’ll help ya! Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping & must provide tracking. Refunds will be granted upon receipt of item in original condition.

While we do package our glass ridiculously carefully

In the event that you receive your original order broken, please let us know right away! Please take pictures of all sides of the outside of the box (including shipping label) as well as the contents. We’ll get it taken care of for you as quickly as possible and either send a replacement or refund at our discretion/availability of glass.

For Custom Stained Glass Art Orders

There are no refunds or returns on custom stained glass art. While we package suuuuuuuuper carefully, if you should receive your order damaged, please keep all original packaging, Contact Us and we’ll work together on return & repairs.

For Digital Patterns

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer refunds for digital patterns. If you have any troubles downloading your pattern, please let us know.

For Stained Glass Classes

We will refund any class, within 30 days of purchase, that has been watched half way through or less. If you have any difficulties with your course, or feel like it’s not for you, let us know! We’re here to help,

For the Peace, Love, & Stained Glass Community

You may cancel your subscription to the Peace, Love, & Stained Glass Community at any time. Your card will not be charged again after your cancellation. No refunds will be given for the duration of the last purchased subscription month. Example: Your card is charged May 1 for the time period of May 1 – May 31. You cancel on May 15. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period (May 31), but your card will not be charged for the following billing period (June 1).
